Shane Rajah has worked in Retail for 25 years in different Management Roles.

Having Roles in Head of Operations, Head of Sales, Training and Development and National Manager during his career. Shane Rajah is an IMM Graduate (Institute of Marketing Management) and B.Com (Business Management) Graduate.

As Chancellor of Laduma Training Academy Shane Rajah will bring his vast knowledge to ensure education in Retail and other curriculums are brought to the Academy.
