3. Purpose of the qualification:
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a student to operate as an/a Credit or Loans Officer. An/a Credit or Loans Officer analyses, evaluates and process credit and loan applications
A qualified student will be able to:

- Prospecting in the credit cycle, 4 credits
- Credit application process for an individual and for groups, 4 credits
- Credit application process for business entities, 8 credits

- Security at lending institutions, 1 credit
- Customer service and problem solving, 3 credits
4.2 Practical Skill Modules (26 Credits);
- Apply sales techniques among various consumer groups, 4 credits
- Manage credit applications from individual and group consumers, 7 credits

4.3 Workplace Modules (72 Credits);
